We work very hard to ensure that every single customer is satisfied with their Danucci chocolates, but in the unlikely event that you are not, we would ask you to contact us immediately, send back the chocolate and provide a description of the problem. We will refund the cost of posting, and send you a complimentary Gourmet Selection.
