We do this because we understand that true gourmet chocolate is a symphony, the whole depending on the harmonisation of the various parts. If we are to create the finest tasting chocolates for you, we have to have the right raw materials from which to craft those chocolates. A gourmet chocolate is complex confection and to achieve perfection we must be committed to every single part of the production process: and we are.
